Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury cases (up to the filing of a complaint). Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case. Providing guidance and counsel to clients. Focus on finding solutions. Medical case review. Will also be responsible for supervising and providing direction to the team of staff members. Research and legal analysis. Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. The candidate must be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar. Should have at least two (2) years of experience in plaintiff s personal injury. Must possess a strong negotiation and communication skills. A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law. Ability to manage a demanding caseload. Effective leadership skills. Record of success. Ability to supervise and provide direction to their support team. Follow firm policies and procedures. Successful self-manager. Professional & courteous to clients and staff. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
