Paralegal (Bilingual) - Personal Injury Law The candidate will be responsible for: Assist attorneys with pre-trial preparation, including drafting complaints and initial case filing. Assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery. Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with with clients, experts, doctors, etc. in an effective and courteous manner. Calendar and manage court deadlines. Schedule depositions. Should have 3+ years of experience in all aspects of a personal injury pre-litigation docket. Knowledge of California civil procedure and local court rules essential. Must Read, write, and speak fluent Spanish. Type at least 60 WPM required. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Litify or Salesforce a plus.
