Paralegal - Complex Litigation The candidate will provide support in a broad array of complex commercial civil litigation cases. Will work independently to manage subpoena and discovery deadlines and medical record reviews, and also collaborate on litigation projects with a variety of professionals who are distinguished in their practice areas. Proficiency with Maryland and federal court rules required, with a background in e-filing, e-discovery, medical records, subpoena experience, and general trial and discovery support. Should be technologically savvy, with adeptness in MS Word and case/document management systems.
