Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be a certified paralegal from an accredited school. Must have 3+ years of experience in general litigation and/or insurance coverage/defense litigation. Strong experience with document handling, preparation, and maintenance is required. Must be proficient in drafting correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and other documents for trial preparation. Must demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and provide support to multiple attorneys. Excellent oral communication skills are required. Must be comfortable and proficient in communicating with clients and witnesses. Must be highly organized and efficient.
