Seeking Family Law Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. Candidate with 1+ years' Family Law experience is required. Candidate must be responsible for assigned cases, drafting pleadings, communication with clients and opposing counsel, attending some court hearings, moving cases along through an organized system, and preparation/completion of cases. Must have excellent client communication with strong research and writing skills. A sense of humor and being team-oriented is a must. Preferred: Experience in drafting declarations, memorandum of points and authorities, responding to motions for spousal support, child support, child custody, set aside of judgment, and property-related issues. Drafting and reviewing discovery, assessing the sufficiency of response, drafting meet and confer letters, and drafting and responding to motions to compel. Preparing and reviewing declarations of disclosure. Experience with Timeslips, Essential forms, and Dissomaster/Xspouse a plus.
