Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (English/Spanish) The candidate will provide overall support to immigration attorneys. Duties will include : Conduct research to support legal proceedings; Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents; Investigate facts and obtain evidence from client to help with the legal strategy and case development; Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; Prepare and monitor application packets for submission with proper goverment agency; Record and store client information; Maintain communication with clients; Keep calendar and reminders updated. Must be bilingual - must speak, read, write both English and Spanish. Should have previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Must have familiarity with legal research. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
