Associate Attorney Candidate will assist the criminal and civil department handling various types of cases including juvenile, family, civil and criminal practice areas. Must have Requires a JD Degree and licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Must be experienced with case management and calendaring, creative arguments, must be a hard worker, energetic and positive. Proficient Spanish is a plus. Should have an innate love for zealously representing clients within ethical bounds. Must be proficient with MS word, PDF and must type at 50+ wpm. Must be professional in speaking and acting, prompt, responsible, detailed with excellent research, writing and advocacy skills, in addition to having excellent organizational skills.
