Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be knowledgeable about state and federal court local rules and filing procedures, the rules of court, legal research and writing for paralegals, appropriate client interactions and confidentiality, calendaring, preparing pleadings, service of process, all aspects of discovery, and trial preparation. Some trial or arbitration experience is a plus. A high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDFs are a must. Will filling the shoes of a long-time paralegal moving on to public interest work. Associate (Required). Experience of 2 years (Required). Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
