Associate Attorney The candidate join high-volume subrogation practice. Primary responsibilities include the following: draft pleadings, motions, and other memoranda; take and defend depositions; propound and respond to written discovery; make court appearances (to include mediations, mandatory settlement and case management conferences, and trials); other duties as assigned. Civil litigation experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude are a must. Should have 1 - 3 years civil litigation experience. Must have strong knowledge of current procedural and substantive law, as well as federal and state rules.
