Personal Injury Paralegal Part-time The candidate's duties may include, but not be limited to: Preparing and filing court documents; Organizing, updating and archiving documents and related notes into electronic case management system. Acting as Liaison among all required parties including courts, and other organization for scheduling and information sharing. High school or equivalent (Required). Experience of 2 years (Required). Must have 2+ years current experience. Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of personal injury litigation including, auto, premise, and product liability. No-Fault experience would be a plus. Should have the ability to handle a case from discovery through trial, if necessary.
