Wage and Hour Arbitration Attorney Candidate will handle wage and hour claims in arbitration from start to finish, and will perform the following job responsibilities: draft arbitration pleadings, document review, calculate unpaid wages, and arbitrate claims to a judgment or settlement. Must have: License to practice law in Ohio. Deposition training or experience, hearing experience, and an interest in labor and employment law is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation and telephone skills, client support skills, organizational skills, and writing and proofreading abilities are required. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
