Attorney Recruiting And Development Coordinator Duties: Work closely with the Recruiting and Development Manager to provide support in the recruitment, integration and retention of attorneys and summer associates. Coordinate all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, including on-campus recruiting, the callback interview process and lateral recruiting. Work closely with the Recruiting and Development Manager to implement effective recruiting strategies and searches. Coordinate preparation for and execution of our summer associate program. Communicate with applicants to schedule interviews, and facilitate the callback interview and offer process. Coordinate onboarding and orientation of our new and lateral associates. Maintain relationships with career services staff and coordinate spring outreach events on campus. There are also Firm wide projects as assigned by the Director of Attorney Recruiting. Specifically, the Coordinator will help with gathering and assessing Firmwide talent-related data, generating reports for Firm leadership, handling law school registrations for on-campus interviews and other projects as requested. Facilitate the office s training and mentoring programs. Assist in developing and creating initiatives and attorney development programs. Regularly articulate and promote talent development programs to attorneys. Build awareness, understanding, and support for the Firm s talent development initiatives. Coordinate the attorney evaluation process. Assist in coordinating training and MCLE courses for the New York office, and other projects as requested. Requirements: A four year college degree is required. 2+ years of attorney recruiting and/or attorney development experience (preferably in a large law firm environment) or professional services experience. Experience with LawCruit and Workday or other applicant tracking system is strongly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Superior technical skills and the ability to consider and analyze data and how it can be best utilized for the firm s talent development efforts. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment. Should be proactive and comfortable dealing with all levels of leadership.
