Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft discovery and discovery responses; Ability to meet clients and experts; Ability to use various e-discovery tools; Review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data; Prepare meet and confer letters; Ability to bill 6.5 hours per day; Ability to work as a member of a practice group team, for multiple partners. Should have 2+ years of experience. Paralegal certificate required. General litigation experience, personal injury litigation experience preferred. Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills. A firm understanding of civil litigation procedures essential.
