Associate Attorney The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of litigation experience in homeowners and first party litigation. Must have experience in taking depositions, attend hearings, strong analytical and excellent research and writing skills, and an ability to work well under pressure, as well as be independent and self motivated. Litigation experience preferred. Trial experience is a plus.
