Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of experience. Fill out immigration applications for Adjustment of Status and consular processing including I-485, I-130, G-325A, I-864, I-765, I-131, DS-260 as well as applications for submission to the Immigration Court including EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B and I-589. Prepare I-601A waivers, DACA, and U visa applications for submission to USCIS. Prepare evidentiary packets for submission to Immigration Court. Frequent interaction with clients. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
