Bilingual paralegal/legal assistant -Workers' Compensation Duties : The candidate will be doing part time job and managing preparation of legal documents, pleadings and correspondence. Professional and positive written and oral communication skills with clients, court personnel, attorneys, medical offices and vendors contact. Proactively maintain scheduling and calendaring of appointments, monitoring deadlines and trials. Trial preparation and assistance. Drafting, editing and formatting of legal documents, correspondence and pleadings. Answering the telephone during business hours. Greeting Clients. Providing translation and interpreting for Clients and/or witnesses that speak only Spanish. Requirements : The candidate should be an Associate with 1 year of Legal Assistant experience. Must have strong Microsoft office computer skills; telephone skills; be able to multi-task while completing projects, know how to prioritize their work load, and still greet walk-in clients and callers with a smile and an attentive ear. Must be responsible, organized, highly motivated and have superb bilingual communication skills. Knowledge of Needles preferred.
