Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate perform delegated substantive legal work. Must possess bankruptcy law experience with preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, drafting and filing motions, and calendaring hearings. Must demonstrate ability to participate in case planning; development and management; legal research; fact gathering and retrieving information; and communicating with parties, including creditors, debtors, trustees, and court clerks. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must meet the requirements and be in compliance with California Business Code Section 6450. C
