Associate Attorney The candidate duties will: Draft motions including motions for summary judgment and motions in limine for trial; Attend lay witness and expert witness depositions; Other litigation and trial tasks depending on experience. Must be admitted to the Bar, and be an active member in good standing. Should have 2 or more years in civil litigation, but firm may be flexible if very strong writing skills. Should have excellent writing skills. Background in product liability or toxic tort defence a plus.
