Global Transportation Finance (GTF) Paralegal The candidate will interact with clients and counsel during business transactions, Assist attorneys with business leasing and loan transactions, Manage and coordinate transaction closings, Review and organize due diligence materials and client records, Prepare and review UCC filings and documentation, Manage, prepare and distribute post-closing sets and other materials, Draft and proof closing documents, materials and correspondence. Able to learn quickly and apply training to practical issues, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written skills, Able to work under pressure on time sensitive projects, Able to work both independently and interdependently, Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Bachelor's degree preferred ABA-approved paralegal certificate also preferred Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial lending/asset-based financing and transactional work required Experience with railcar financing transactions preferred Familiarity with UCCs preferred.
