Associate Attorney (1-3 years' experience) The candidate will focus on law and motion drafting; drafting and responding to discovery; reviewing, analyzing and organizing document productions; interfacing with experts; attendance at inspections and destructive testing; taking and defending depositions; interactions with clients; attendance at court hearings; drafting of correspondence; and legal research. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. Must have 1-3 years of litigation experience, with experience in Construction Defect a plus.
