Worker's Compensation Paralegal Duties: Assist Worker's Compensation attorney. Heavy client contact. Maintain the attorney's calendar, summarize medical records, file petitions, medically manage clients and respond to request for production. Requirements: 3+ years of law office or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience would include experience as an Insurance Adjuster or working in a medical office handling workers' compensation patients. Knowledge of settlement language and documents are a must. Must have strong paralegal skills.
