Associate Corporate Attorney The candidate will be helping draft legal documents; fielding calls from potential clients; performing legal research and compliance work; assisting clients in preparing MMFLA applications, and assisting with firm marketing efforts, including content creation. Will be involved in new business efforts and will be asked to interface directly with clients. Candidates will learn the skills needed to manage clients; secure new business; and operate a law firm. The candidate should have at least two(2) years of business / corporate law experience working as an attorney or law clerk. Broad background in business law, including entity formations, contracts, legal research and drafting, and real estate and business purchase and sales, is desired. Entrepreneurial candidates are desired and candidates with pre-existing business will be given special consideration.
