Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience. Draft motions and other filings related to bankruptcy. Attend hearings and court appearances on behalf of the law firm. Communicate with clients, internal staff and others to ensure cases are handled appropriately. Review Legal Notices and other legal documents for form and correctness. Prioritize and manage an assigned portfolio of work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, with a great attention to detail. Monitor quality control through drafting and review of reports and inputting and maintaining information into a case management system to ensure data integrity. Must be DC barred. 2-5 years experience; creditor side preferred. Experience representing mortgage servicers or general real estate or litigation experience is desirable.
