Immigration Paralegal Duties: Preparing documents and assemble cases for review and filing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Manage a high volume of cases. Draft supporting letters and client correspondence. Develop and maintain trusting and professional relationships with clients. Qualifications: Must have 2+ years' experience in handling various aspects of family-based immigration processes. 2 years of experience completing USCIS, EOIR, and ICE Immigration Forms, as well as all applications related to: family-based petitions; Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Consular Processing; U-visas; Waivers; Cancellation of Removal; FOIA; and various Motions, including motions to reopen/reconsider with both USCIS and EOIR. Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) absolutely required. Strong research, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with case management systems Proficient working and organizing with Outlook Calendar and Tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with a wide variety of individuals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, work well with others while also working independently, be collegial and personable.
