Residential Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will perform all duties related to closing residential real estate loans from opening files and ordering title work to disbursing funds and closing the file. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the closing process and with attorneys and other. A Bachelors degree preferred. Should have 2 year's experience as a residential real estate paralegal. Must have experience with all aspects of the closing process including ordering and reviewing title work; preparation of HUD and other closing documents; communicating with clients, realtors, and lenders; and the timely and accurate disbursement of funds. Experience with SoftPro preferred. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
