Senior Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for handling the firm's senior lien monitoring files. Will be monitoring of foreclosure dockets, preparing pleadings, compiling bid packages, and coordinating/communicating with clients. Must have strong customer service skills and be able to respond to client requests via phone, client systems and email in a timely manner. High school diploma or equivalent is needed. Should have 5+ years of complaint experience in a foreclosure firm setting. Strong computer skills: familiarity with CaseAware, LPS (Black Knight), Lenstar and Tempo is helpful.
