Associate Attorney Associate Attorney The candidate will review and analyze newly contested mortgage foreclosure actions. Construct and execute focused litigation plans aimed at quickly resolving disputes.Will provide the highest quality legal representation, treat all customers with fairness and respect and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment.Will advise clients as to implications of threatened and pending litigation, advisable courses of action and likely range of possible outcomes.Will draft pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs; represent client at hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. Will work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, with a great attention to detail. Must have minimum 2+ years of Foreclosure experience with lenders and mortgage services in Maryland. Federal court experience a plus. Experience with electronic case management systems. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as, Outlook, Word and Excel.
