Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will join Personal injury practice. Will handle pre-litigation and litigation work. Must have knowledge on how to provide support on a case from start to finish. This includes intake for new clients, letters of representation to insurance, obtaining client medical records, assisting with drafting of demand to insurance, drafting petitions, responding to discovery, and helping with closeout of a case.
