Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate Should have 1-5 years of legal experience. Trial experience and federal-court practice experience is preferred but not required. The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to manage support staff, strong analytical skills, and be attentive to detail. As a member of defense litigation team, will provide legal representation to Fortune 500 clients before courts in all aspects of litigation. Will be expected to manage own docket and handle cases from beginning to end, which will include preparing pleadings, arguing motions, taking depositions, attending mediations, and trying cases. Must have good people skills and strong communication skills, as will work closely with our clients and claims teams to ensure the client is fully informed.
