Immigration Attorney The candidate will be providing advice, representation and case management in family, employment and deportation immigration cases. Must have JD degree from ABA certified law school, Admission to any State Bar, and 1+ year of experience working with immigrant community. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). Must be knowledgeable in preparing and submitting applications, motions and appeals in administrative law remedies. Should have advanced legal research and writing skills, ability to identify and handle complex legal issues, demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, have strong organizational skills, be able to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines effectively, can act both independently and as part of a team while exercising sound judgement and have strong advocacy skills.
