Commercial & Technology Agreements Attorney The candidate will assist clients with numerous contractual arrangements arising during the business lifecycle. May take on the work of contract drafting, review and/or negotiation. Must have experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor and supply chain contracts; Ability to efficiently research, draft, interpret and summarize commercial contracts; Effective communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment; and Excellent academic and professional credentials.
