Employment- Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be assigned principally to non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, E, L, O, TN), as well as EB-1 and National Interest Waiver green card petitions. Will be maintaining frequent communication with clients, preparing forms and drafting employer letters. 1-5 years' experience with employment-based immigration required. Bachelor's degree is required. Paralegal certificate or similar educational background is a plus. Must have excellent oral and written English language skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Experience working with non-immigrant visas is strongly preferred.
