Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate must have experience in: e-service and e-filing, calendaring and scheduling events, file maintenance (digital and hard copy), organization, and basic letter-writing. Must show dedication and pride in work product with an attention to details, while completing assigned tasks with a certain level of autonomy. Must have Litigation experience. Previous experience in personal injury, workers comp, and/or employment law preferred. Should preferably have 3+ years experience in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice or Workers' Compensation.
