Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be answering phone calls, managing attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, drafting legal documents and correspondence, filing, and organizing projects. Litigation support involves such activities as developing and maintaining files and reports, routing pleadings and correspondence to appropriate parties, drafting/coordinating responses to interrogatories, requests for documents, fact investigations and discovery responses, interviews, document reviews/gathering/ productions/indexing. Performance of legal research as requested by attorneys. Communication with internal clients and opposing counsel. E-filing with local, state, and federal courts. Should have Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience in corporate or private legal practice; 10 years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation; experience with prioritizing and handling numerous competing demands in a high volume and fast pace environment; strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases; exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to professionalism, integrity, collegiality, and the ability to work on a wide range of legal matters; able to maintain strict confidentiality.
