Seeking Government Enforcement & Investigations Attorney with 2+ years of experience working on internal corporate investigations and helping clients develop or enhance their compliance programs. Candidate will be aiding internal investigations and audits; developing and strengthening compliance programs; responding to government inquiries on behalf of clients and defending clients. Must have strong research, writing skills and client communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work within a team and independently are required. Previous experience with internal corporate investigations and audits is preferred. Requires working cross-office and traveling when necessary.
