Securities Enforcement & Regulatory-Staff Attorney The candidate will assist partners and associates in helping firm clients (hedge funds, private equity funds, broker-dealers, public companies) in meeting regulatory requirements and defending SEC, FINRA and CFTC enforcement investigations. Must have 1-3 years out from law school. Familiarity with securities law a plus, but opportunity to learn for highly driven candidate.
