Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in the personal injury legal field. Should have significant experience handling personal injury cases from intake through trial. This would include pre-suit management of files as well as the handling of litigation files, preparation of pre-suit demands, filing lawsuits, responding to discovery and preparing matters for mediation as well as trial. Proficiency with case management computer software is needed.
