Paralegal Workers Compensation The candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in the workers compensation industry. Experience in: drafting/preparing reports (including, but not limited to, medical record summaries, deposition summaries, trial memorandums, discovery summaries), preparing trial notebooks, trial prep, subpoenas, RTP, and preparing settlement documents. Establish and maintain tracking, calendaring and filing system for legal activities and scheduling. Must be organized with a strong attention to detail. Provide support to Counsel for legal issues that arise including, but not limited to, performing fact research, creating chronologies, pulling documents, preparing summaries or other assigned tasks associated with case management. Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Client Profiles/Aderant, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Experience.
