Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients throughout the entire litigation process. Propound and respond to discovery. Prepare for and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment. Attend meditations and settlement conferences. Attend and take depositions. Attend jury and bench trials, as first or second chair. Must be member of the California Bar. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with legal billing programs.
