Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney Candidate must be a NJ licensed attorney and in good standing with the NJ Bar. 2-3 years' experience in Medical Malpractice Insurance Defense work is preferred. Must have: Good writing skills with experience having written numerous motions and briefs. Experience having argued numerous motion hearings. Experience having taken numerous depositions. Good people skills including proven ability to have productive relationships with other staff and clients. Proficiency with technology including: Word, Excel and internet-based research. Proven attention to detail. Willingness to work as part of a team.
