Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support an associate attorney in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Will work in a supportive & collaborative environment where he or she will be trained to manage plaintiff tort cases, organize & review medical records, conduct online research, draft & revise discovery, and prepare the attorney for trial. In addition to a Bachelors Degree and strong writing skills, the candidate should possess an aptitude in technology, enjoy learning new software, and be able to attend trials and hearings for extended periods of time.
