Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will take full responsibility of fulfilling all paralegal duties on a docket of cases. Order and review medical records. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents and discovery. Coordinate with expert witnesses. Maintain contact with medical providers and keep up with status of medical treatment. Comply with all statutory and court-imposed deadlines. Attend trials. 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal required. Trial experience preferred.
