Staff Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of litigation experience to work primarily with its Labor and Employment Practice Group. Should have excellent writing and analytical skills and deposition, discovery and motion practice experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court L&E practice. Employment law experience is preferred. Will work closely with litigation attorneys who will provide active mentoring and client contact.
