Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 4 years of experience working as both a Family Law and Litigation paralegal. Bonus if you are also versed in Bankruptcy Law. Should have experience working as a paralegal in the DFW area and will have familiarity of the family court rules and procedures. Critical thinking, problem-solving and the ability to work independently are essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a mature, professional, and personable presentation and demeanor is vital. Trial preparation experience - preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, witness (contacting/coordinating for testimony) are required. Attention to detail and accuracy as well as high proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary for this position. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
