Immigration Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include: Attending court hearings (Master's and Individuals); Bond Proceedings; Legal Research, Legal Briefs, Filings with the EOIR and USCIS; Asylums, Cancellation of Removal and Waivers; Family-Based Petitions; Citizenship & Residency. Experience with Employment Based/Investment/Business Visas preferred. Must have 1-2 years experience in handling Immigration cases and have good people skills in order to make clients feel comfortable in the event they are required to attend a hearing. Bilingual is a plus.
