Seeking Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of litigation experience. Candidate will initially involve extensive research and writing projects with future opportunities to develop deposition and oral advocacy skills. Case load consists of large complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels in various states across the US, including several arbitration proceedings with the AAA. Membership as a law review editor during law school is highly encouraged. Will have superior writing and critical thinking skills. Must be a self-starter, team player, professional, punctual, and be willing to contribute to group discussions. Must have good interpersonal skills is key.
