Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in the preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. Draft, review and prepare legal documents, manage a caseload of visa matters utilizing case management software. Communicate regularly with clients and analyze case documents as well as prepare immigration applications for filing. Draft petitions, applications, and letters detailing eligibility for visa classification as well as research immigration regulations and procedures. Should preferably have two-four year college degree.
