Staff Attorney - Commercial / Financial Services Litigation The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation to assist with financial services litigation cases. Will be expected to research and draft motions, handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, appear in court proceedings, attend settlement conferences and mediations, and try cases. Should preferably have experience in financial services litigation, including mortgage litigation, and be barred in Nevada. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required.
