Paralegal - Trucking & Construction The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of South Carolina civil defense litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense for trucking and/or construction. Must have experience with insurance defense matters and should have experience with civil litigation cases. Must have proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State). Should have experience with billing and ABA task codes. Should have experience with a litigation document management system and experience summarizing medical records. Preferred: Experience in personal injury, premises liability and professional liability is a plus; Bachelor s/Associate degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program preferred; Experience working with ProLaw; Experience working with insurance companies.
