Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Will maintain a litigation portfolio for New Jersey and New York cases. Handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials. Work autonomously in the office, yet maintain communication with Partners. Assist in creating and maintaining weekly litigation reports. Cultivate relationships with the Firm's existing and future clients. Assist in transactional projects related to mortgage servicing, including traveling to various locations nationwide, as necessary. The candidate should have excellent academics, large law firm experience, and superb research and writing skills. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Consumer finance litigation experience a plus. Clerkship is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
